    • Booking ID or reference number.

    • Reason for the refund request and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos or written correspondence).

5. Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

6. Disputes with Service Providers

In cases where disputes arise between users and service providers:

  • CityServ will mediate to reach a fair resolution.

  • Refunds are subject to the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
